We want you to take a seat – literally.
We’ve got chairs of all shapes and sizes
simply yearning for your inspiration.

The CircleSeats Live Auction of artist-inspired “seats”:

Held at the Whitaker Center with considerable attendance and media coverage, this is your chance to get in on Year One.
All artists will be profiled on the event webpage and in the event program, as well as have their chairs showcased prior to the event (see below).

Guidelines and Information:

Let your vision flow on your choice of a chair, stool, or other “seat” we already have or one you’d like to donate.
Each chair must be signed by the artist and the following text must be included somewhere (bottom of seat is fine), “CircleSeats Year One at CircleFest 2006”.
CircleSeats must be available to be auctioned off on March 12, 2006.
CircleSeats received between January 1st and March1st will be showcased in a glass enclosure in the outdoor mall area of 333 Market Street (a highly visible, well-trafficked area in downtown Harrisburg) until the event.
A photo of the chair, information on the chair (whether intended for interior or exterior use and whether suitable for sitting or simply for admiring), a photo of the artist, and the artist’s bio and contact information will be included in the event-day program booklet and on the event website.
